Job summary

Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Kansas seeks a Super Float Pool RN for a part-time night shift (two 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends). You will provide patient care under the Nurse Manager/Director to support acutely ill patients per the Float Pool agreement.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible experienced RNs. Required ADN/BSN, active RN license, BLS; ACLS within 2 months, TNCC and PALS within 6 months; minimum 5 years CCU/ER/PACU experience. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing with ADN or BSN.
• Current license as RN in state of practice and/or active compact license.
• BLS required upon hire; ACLS within 2 months; TNCC and PALS within 6 months.
• Minimum 5 years critical care experience in ICU, ER, and/or PACU.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of Nurse Manager/Director.
• Care for acutely ill patients in units as determined by Float Pool agreement.
• Support staffing needs with Float Pool and collaborate with department teams.
