Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Float Pool. This full-time night shift RN will float across Medical ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU to support metro facilities.

The role emphasizes patient care, adherence to the nursing process, delegation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; prior ICU experience strongly preferred; BLS and ACLS required; RN license in KS/MO.

Qualifications

• ICU experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• RN licensed in KS and MO.

Responsibilities

• Float between Medical ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU across metro facilities.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate care with health care team.
• Maintain adherence to policies and patient safety standards.
