Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and supervise progress.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practice considering current statutes and regulations.
• Collaborate with family and patient to set realistic outcomes and plans for continuity of care.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Fulfill organizational requirements.
• Perform supplemental roles as needed (Charge Nurse, Preceptor).
• Other duties as assigned.
