Allina Health is hiring an RN in Buffalo, MN, to provide comprehensive nursing care in a critical care setting. The role offers 0.6–0.8 FTE across 8- and 12-hour shifts with a rotation every four weekends.

The RN will assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes. Required qualifications include an RN license and an associate or vocational degree, with 2–5 years of RN experience and 0–2 years Med/Surgical at regional sites preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required for RN licensure.
• 2–5 years RN experience.
• 0–2 years Med/Surgical experience at regional sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plan of care.
• Maintain education and competencies for high-quality patient care.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practice per current statutes and regulations.
• Collaborate with family and patient to set realistic outcomes and care plans.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Fulfill organizational requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
