Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. You will work night shifts on a 36-hour week, providing care across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology with a focus on safety and teamwork.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, ASN or Diploma, and at least 1 year of Critical Care experience; BSN preferred within 5 years and CCRN is a plus. PTO, health benefits, and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of Critical Care RN experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice and regulatory standards.
• Ensure patient safety and apply evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate delegation and collaborate with the care team.
