Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking an experienced ICU/critical care nurse who can practice independently in a fast‑paced setting and delegate to the care team as needed. The role emphasizes patient safety and adherence to nursing process.

You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, administer medications, monitor responses, document thoroughly, and educate patients and families to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and RN licensure in CA.
• Experience in critical care preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.
• Ability to delegate and coordinate with care teams.

Responsibilities
