Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to support multiple hospitals within its healthcare system in Colorado. You will provide comprehensive direct patient care in moderate to high acuity units, and participate in education and competency validation for new staff.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, precepting new hires and contributing to patient safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with less than 3 years' experience.
• RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in moderate to high acuity acute care units.
• Support a multidisciplinary team approach and precept new staff.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care; support Med-Surg and specialty units.
• Engage in ongoing education and competency validation for team members.
