Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide expert, compassionate care to high-acuity cardiovascular and critical care patients while floating across ICU, step-down, and related units.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring of clinical status.
Manage hemodynamic monitoring and titrate critical infusions (critical drips).
Provide ventilator management and support patients requiring advanced respiratory care.
Recognize early signs of deterioration and initiate rapid, appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and an interdisciplinary care team.
