Current RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience in critical care or acute care setting.
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
BSN is Required. Degree will be verified.
RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients across multiple units.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient condition with clinical judgment.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and care teams.
Manage complex patient needs, including advanced monitoring and critical care interventions.
Document patient care accurately and ensure continuity of care across settings.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, and discharge needs when appropriate.
Adapt quickly to varying unit workflows and acuity levels.
Support teamwork, mentorship, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
