RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. The position covers night shifts on the Float pool, serving trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology units with Magnet-designated excellence.

The RN provides evidence-based care, demonstrates teamwork, and acts as a liaison to the interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe patient care and efficient unit operation across populations.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of Critical Care RN experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members and coordinate with other care providers.
• Maintain priorities and apply nursing processes to individual patient needs.
