Qualifications

• RN with 2–5 years of RN experience.
• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across Critical Care units as float pool RN.
• Lead and coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain competencies and participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with ED training within first year of employment.
• Fulfill all organizational requirements and safety policies.
