Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a full-time Flight Nurse in Modesto, CA to join our air ambulance team. You will provide critical care during air transport, ensure safety, and work with flight crews and external providers.

Requirements include active RN license in the state, 3+ years of critical care, BLS/ACLS/PALS and TNATC/TNCC/ITLS/PHTLS or similar, CFRN within 24 months, and readiness for medical education/orientation. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the state of employment.
• Minimum 3 years of critical care/emergency experience (5 years preferred).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
• CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care during air transport with a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with company protocols, safety regulations, and medical standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to uphold high care standards.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts based on operational needs.
