Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, is seeking a CNA to provide indirect patient care and support in a busy department. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, assist the Critical Care RN, and manage unit supplies and documentation.

The role emphasizes patient safety, communication with families, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities for professional growth within UHS. A Nevada CNA certification and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Nevada and current BLS required.
• Advanced cardiac rhythm competency within 6 months of hire.
• Healthstream course on ECG & dysrhythmia monitoring within 6 months of hire.
• High school or equivalent education required.
