MADD Arizona is seeking a Victim Services Specialist to support victims of impaired driving through crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management. You will assess needs, coordinate referrals, and accompany clients to court as needed, working within a team to deliver compassionate, confidential support.

This hybrid, Phoenix-based role requires a bachelor’s in a human services field, Spanish language ability, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 1 year of victim advocacy or grief support experience.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual needs assessments for emotional support and referrals.
• Create tailored case management plans and facilitate grief support.
• Provide advocacy during justice proceedings and educate on legal systems.
• Develop outreach strategies to reach victims/survivors of drunk and drugged driving crashes.
• Maintain accurate case records and grant reports.
