Job summary

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is seeking a Victim Services Advocate to support victims and families affected by impaired driving. This remote role requires residing in Indiana and delivering crisis intervention, information, and referrals with court accompaniment as needed.

You will assess needs, coordinate resources, and help navigate legal and medical systems while collaborating with a team of Victim Services staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required, with 1+ year of victim advocacy or grief support experience.
• Equivalent experience in victim advocacy or grief support will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional office, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments for victims/survivors of drunk/drugged driving crashes and provide emotional support and referrals.
• Maintain ongoing assessment of coping and needs, updating referrals and resources.
• Develop tailored case management plans including crisis intervention and grief support.
