Responsibilities

• Provides essential administrative and clerical support to the Crisis Services Unit.
• Oversees registration, insurance verification, and patient flow coordination.
• Maintains patient boards and coordination with clinical staff to ensure real time admission status.
• Coordinates bed placement and communications with crisis staff and external partners.
• Monitors budgets, invoicing, and procurement; supports reporting and compliance.
