Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to join our team. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for experience serving children and families. We will teach the rest!

The role includes assisting children after hours, transporting them when needed, and supporting situations across multiple offices. A company car, cell phone and compute are provided, with weekend on-call rotation every four weeks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous work in roles serving children and families preferred.
• We will teach the rest of the skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours during crises.
• Possibly transport a child to a foster home.
• Support workers may accompany a child in hospital or at offices.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours every four weeks.
