Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to join our team in the United States. The role is full-time and will assist children after hours, potentially transporting them to foster homes and supporting families across our offices.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, and prior work with children and families is preferred; we will teach you the rest. Two shifts are available: Monday - Thursday 4p to 2a and Monday – Thursday 12a – 10a, with a rotating on-call weekend

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work with children and families preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport a child to a new foster home when necessary.
• Support children in hospital or at various offices.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call schedule every four weeks.
