Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and crisis-response skills.
• Ability to remain calm, maintain professional boundaries, and exercise sound judgment.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, recovery-oriented practices, and harm reduction.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
