Counseling-Service-of-Addison-County, Inc. (CSAC) seeks a compassionate crisis professional to support individuals in psychiatric crises, substance use concerns, and other behavioral health needs.

You'll provide short-term stabilization, crisis support, and connections to ongoing services using trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and harm reduction approaches.
Experience with psychiatric emergencies, substance use disorders, or co-occurring conditions.
Full-time position at 40 hours a week. Schedule: 2 overnights (5pm-9am) and one day shift (9am-5pm), which includes weekends. $21.43/hour with shift differentials of plus $5 for overnight, and plus $4 for evening hours.
