Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and crisis-response skills.
• Ability to remain calm, maintain boundaries, and exercise sound judgment.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and harm reduction.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, de-escalation, and stabilization.
• Monitor safety and respond to changing medical, behavioral, or psychiatric needs.
• Assist with intake, documentation, discharge planning, and connections to community resources.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, medical providers, Emergency Services, and community partners.
