Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team in Quincy, MA. This part-time role provides nursing care in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program serving as a less restrictive alternative to inpatient care.

Typical shifts are 16 hours with alternating weekends. The program includes a newly renovated 10-bed unit, with stays ranging from 3 to 5 days, and requires MA RN licensure, independence, and strong

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license in MA.
• One year of acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment and provide compassionate care.
• Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications with safe practices.
• Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with direct staff.
• Facilitate health and wellness groups and recovery-focused activities.
• Deliver strength-based nursing interventions and support WRAP and safety planning.
