Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Peer Support professional for the Irvine CSU, Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role emphasizes outreach, engagement, advocacy, and direct client support for adults and adolescents in crisis stabilization.

The position requires lived experience, a high school diploma, and at least one year of consumer-directed service work. Certifications and a valid CA driver's license are preferred, with benefits including training

Qualifications

• Personal lived experience as a consumer in child welfare, probation, or mental health systems.
• One year of full-time experience performing non-professional, consumer-directed services.

Responsabilités

• Provide outreach, engagement, advocacy, and direct services to program clients.
• Serve as role models, companions, and educators to clients and support recovery.
• Offer referrals and transport as needed to connect clients with services.
