CN Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. is hosting a virtual job fair for a Behavioral Health Technician. The role involves direct service within a 24/7 crisis stabilization program addressing mental health and substance use disorders.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least six months of related experience; experience in an acute psychiatric setting is preferred. Benefits are listed for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of related experience required; experience in an acute, psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage with incoming clients.
• Assist clients around the ICSC, including directing them to the locker rooms and assisting with laundry.
• Help clients participate in recreational activities.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by assisting with cleanup after treatment rooms and recreational areas.
• Ensure the health and safety of staff and clients in emergency situations.
• Assess situations to determine importance and risks, and make timely decisions in the best interests of the organization.
• Facilitate data sharing with individuals involved to support partnered decision-making and keep clients informed.
• Complete QI training during onboarding and participate in refresher trainings as needed.
• Foster an inclusive culture that respects diverse strengths and experiences to drive better decisions and results.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and follow established guidelines.
• Health and safety awareness; apply knowledge to maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
