Job summary

The Center for Family Services in Washington, NJ is looking for an experienced Behavioral Health Technician to join its Crisis Receiving Stabilization Center. This role involves providing observation and support to adults experiencing mental health crises in a 24-hour therapeutic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience with individuals having serious mental illnesses or substance use disorders.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record for at least three years.
• Behavioral health technician certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the admission process of new consumer admissions.
• Maintain inventory log of consumer personal belongings.
• Provide ongoing observation of consumers in care.
