Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing basic crisis intervention or casework services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• CPR and CPI certifications within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a calm, trauma-informed treatment environment during acute crisis.
• Conduct continuous observation, safety checks, and monitor changes.
• Utilize verbal de-escalation and approved physical interventions as needed.
• Respond to crisis events and assist with ADLs and therapeutic activities.
• Document observations and interventions in the EHR/EMR and communicate with staff.
• Maintain environmental safety and support infection-control procedures.
