Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Position Summary

The Walmart Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is a 24/7/365 global crisis monitoring and reporting center that handles critical incidents including infrastructure issues, criminal threats, geo-political crises, weather emergencies, and natural disasters affecting our associates worldwide to protect people, property, and our brand.

Responsibilities

1. Intake daily incidents reported by facilities and communicate critical information to stakeholders.
2. Maintain department standards for metrics and customer service expectations.
3. Assist with investigations on emerging facts and trend analysis.
4. Create departmental reports such as emergency alerts and situational summaries.
5. Respond to information requests from Legal, HR, and external agencies.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethics and integrity.
7. Support business solutions through testing and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-year experience in intelligence, security, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Oracle), data analysis, and SQL.
• Associate’s degree in statistics, information systems, or related fields.
