The ideal candidate will have hands-on crisis management experience, plus background in mental health and/or substance use services. This role emphasizes rapid assessment and proactive crisis prevention within a community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health and/or substance use.
• Hands-on crisis management experience.
• Ability to perform rapid crisis assessment and triage while providing focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment and triage of crisis situations to determine severity.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and stabilization as part of Mobile Crisis response.
• Collaborate with the Crisis Team to ensure 24/7 coverage and seamless client support.
