Freedom House Recovery Center, Inc. is hiring Qualified Professionals (QPs) and Shift Leads to join our crisis services team in Chapel Hill, NC. Weekend Overnight QP/Shift Lead (Part-Time) operates every other weekend, with Friday and Saturday overnight shifts, paying up to $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as a behavioral health professional in crisis services.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships and work in a team.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document treatment/service plans for clients.
• Lead individual, group and family counseling as assigned.
• Coordinate services and discuss discharge plans with clients.
• Identify crises and ensure client safety within the treatment process.
• Deliver alcohol and HIV/AIDS education classes as assigned.
• Identify referrals and assist clients in using resources.
• Document progress notes within one working day and maintain charts.
• Participate in supervision goals and pursue licensure or certification.
• Attend division team meetings and share relevant client care information.
• Willingly participate in urine drug testing and use results therapeutically.
• Provide clinic coverage as needed and maintain a regular schedule.
