Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead a team of Crisis Support Workers, overseeing operations from 1pm to 10pm on weekdays and on-call duties as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in human services is required, with preferred 2 years in Child Welfare.

The role emphasizes advocacy for children and collaboration with community resources to strengthen families. We offer flexible scheduling and remote work options, plus a generous leave package and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm and on-call as needed.
• Coordinate with Permanency Services staff and other agencies involved in permanency work.
• Promote wellbeing of children in the Permanency Program; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
