TFI Family Services is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead a team of Crisis Support Workers and oversee shift coverage from 1pm to 10pm, with on-call duties. The role emphasizes collaboration with other agencies and commitment to child welfare within the Permanency Services Program.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in human services and has a passion for advocating for children and families.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, eager to learn and dedicated to helping families.
• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Experience in Child Welfare is preferred (2 years).

Responsabilités

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area, Monday–Friday 1pm–10pm, and on-call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services and committees/work-groups.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
