Job summary

2INgage is seeking a Crisis Specialist Supervisor to lead Crisis Support Workers and sustain high-quality child welfare services. You will supervise staff 1pm–10pm weekdays, coordinate with agencies, and promote child well-being within the Permanency Program.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least two years in Child Welfare, plus a compassionate, eager-to-learn mindset and strong advocacy for families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field from an accredited university.
• Preferred two (2) years’ experience in Child Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Support Workers in the assigned area, Monday–Friday from 1pm to 10pm, and on call as needed.
• Coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in Permanency Services.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Advocate for children and families and connect them with community resources.
