Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton is seeking a Part-Time MRSS Program Supervisor to assist the Program Director with day-to-day clinical operations and supervision in a 1p-9p window. The role involves crisis stabilization, ensuring staff are certified in the Crisis Assessment Tool, and coordinating with CTSOC protocols.

The position requires a Master’s in social work or related field, LSW/LAC license, and at least three years of experience with children/youth, with evening/weekend

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field.
• License (LSW/LAC) required (LCSW or LPC preferred).
• A minimum of three years’ experience working with children/youth.
• Be flexible to work evening and weekend schedules in addition to emergency response coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in the management and supervision of the day-to-day clinical operation of MRSS.
• Oversee daily operations of the program (1p to 9p) / On Call as required.
• Provide crisis stabilization services in the field when needed and ensure staff are certified in the Crisis Assessment Tool.
