Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton is seeking an assistant Program Director to help manage and supervise the day-to-day clinical operation of MRSS, ensuring services run smoothly and in line with contract requirements.

You will supervise staff, coordinate crisis interventions, certify team members in the Crisis Assessment Tool, develop staffing patterns for 24/7 coverage, and support ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the MRSS program with the Program Director.
• Provide clinical supervision for all program cases and supervise staff evaluations.
• Coordinate staff training and ensure certification in the Crisis Assessment Tool (CAT).
• Monitor ICPs, client outcomes, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Assist in developing staffing patterns to support 24/7 crisis response and back-up coverage.
• Ensure compliance with CSOC/MRSS contract requirements and best practices.
