Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NC RN or LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year in behavioral health or substance use care.
• Strong communication and confidentiality ethics.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing screenings and vital signs.
• Administer medications, including PRN and detox orders.
• Monitor medical and psychiatric stability.
• Lead crisis de-escalation and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audits.
