Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Crisis Response Manager to own the crisis response capability from readiness through execution and post-event improvements. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Legal and Engineering to deliver rapid, scalable responses in high-pressure environments.

The role requires experience with emergency response, cross-agency coordination, and strong data-driven decision making. Domestic travel and extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in emergency/crisis response, operations, or program management.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, crisis response coordination, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer- or external-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, or performance metrics (Excel modeling, dashboards, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own crisis response operation end to end: readiness, activation, execution, and improvements.
• Build and maintain the execution plan for market and event response.
• Monitor readiness KPIs and address gaps before failures.
• Run crisis response during events with clear leadership-facing recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth handoffs and activation.
• Engage with emergency response stakeholders globally; translate requirements into action.
• Develop external engagement frameworks and partner onboarding processes.
• Turn feedback into concrete product/process/playbook changes.
• Identify and implement scalable process improvements.
