Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of the facility and monitor environment.
• Document events in logs and progress notes as required.
• Perform light maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Verify resident visitors and sign-in in the Visitor Log.
• Conduct monthly fire drills and respond to crises promptly.
• Escort clients to medical or benefits appointments as needed.
• Prepare service plans and maintain client records.
