Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or equivalent work experience.
• One year of experience in mental health/crisis services.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement person-centered treatment and crisis stabilization plans.
• Support discharge planning to ensure safe community reintegration and follow-up care.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure appropriate discharge and aftercare.
• Perform CSU daily operations including rounds, transport, and documentation.
• Provide crisis line coverage and respond to crisis calls as needed.
