Job summary

Santé Group is seeking a Co-Responder Clinician to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Cambridge, MD. This in-person, non-remote role involves direct client engagement to assess danger, implement crisis plans, and coordinate with law enforcement and community services.

You will design treatment plans, provide de-escalation, and educate families on recommended care. The position requires Maryland licensure and a Master’s degree, with licensure reimbursement supported by Santé.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field with 2 years related experience.
• Current licensure in Maryland (LCSW-C or LCPC).
• Experience working with law enforcement.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform danger and crisis assessments at entry to the community setting.
• Develop and implement diagnostic and treatment plans.
• De-escalate crises and perform crisis interventions.
• Coordinate with police, fire and community agencies as needed.
• Document clinical and non-clinical information per CRS procedures.
• Provide education to families about recommendations and treatment options.
• Supervise interns or lesser licensed staff as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in all duties.
