Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness or an associate's degree or higher in a human services field.
• Must complete WCCMH medication training and pass the test.
• Experience with staff supervision preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Assist residents with daily activities (cooking, cleaning, laundry, transportation).

• Competitive pay: $22.20 starting, increasing to $22.40 upon completion of training.


• Full-time position for Afternoons 4p-12a and a part-time Midnight 12a-8a.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.


• Assist residents with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation.


• Provide crisis intervention and support.


• Work as part of a team to assess and meet residents' needs.


• Process an individual client intake on site at the time of client arrival.


• Participate in stabilization/crisis plan for each client.


• Manage a discharge process at the conclusion of the individual’s crisis residential treatment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness OR an associate's degree or higher in a human services field.


• Must be able to complete the WCCMH medication training and pass the test
