Job summary

Pathlight Community Services is hiring Crisis Residential Technicians in Ann Arbor. The role involves crisis intervention and supporting residents in a structured, on-site setting.

Join a team that maintains safe living environments and assists with daily activities. Training is provided; competitive wages start at $22.20 and rise to $22.40 after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness OR an associate's degree or higher in a human services field.
• Must be able to complete the WCCMH medication training and pass the test
• Experience with staff supervision preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support.
• Work as part of a team to assess and meet residents' needs.
• Process an individual client intake on site at the time of client arrival.
• Participate in stabilization/crisis plan for each client.
• Manage a discharge process at the conclusion of the individual’s crisis residential treatment.
