Job summary

Pathlight Community Services in Missouri is seeking compassionate staff to support adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness in small group homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, meals, and accompany residents on activities.

Training is provided for medication administration; a valid driver’s license is required. This full-time role includes benefits and requires availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required for this role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Availability for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Pay

Starting Pay: $17.13/hour

After Training Completion: $17.33/hour
