Bay Area Community Services (BACS) seeks a Clinical Program Manager for its 24/7 Rosewood Crisis Residential program in Solano County. The role provides medical case management, coordination, and clinical supervision to staff working with participants post-hospitalization.

The program delivers therapy, case management, psychiatry access, and primary care in a supportive setting. The candidate must be a licensed LCSW or LMFT with at least two years post-licensure, have experience with

• Must be licensed as LCSW or LMFT in California and have 2+ years post-licensure.
• Experience supervising clinicians and managing crisis services.
• Experience with Medi-Cal/Cal AIM funding and government contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a community-based crisis program with therapy, case management, medication management, and housing linkage.
• Meet clients where they are to provide consumer-centered, needs-driven services.
• Manage referrals, intakes, discharges, and ensure accessibility and welcoming of all participants.
• Provide supervision to staff and interns, and lead performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and ensure funder compliance and reporting.

Educación

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Two years post-licensure
