Job summary

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) seeks a Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor for the Community Wellness & Response Team (CWRT) in Sacramento. The role leads a multidisciplinary team of counselors and case managers delivering urgent field response, de-escalation, and resource linkage to individuals in crisis, in collaboration with 988 and local partners.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with CA BBS registration in good standing.
• 2+ years experience in community mental health or crisis settings.
• At least 1 year supervising staff and teams.
• Experience with crisis services, field-based care, and severe mental illness.
• Knowledge of CalAIM, Medi-Cal billing, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of case managers and clinicians in a community program.
• Meet clients where they are with consumer-centered, strengths-based services.
• Manage referrals, intakes, discharges, and ensure accessibility for all.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and CQI systems.
• Ensure compliance with funders, documentation, and reporting.
• Communicate using strength-based language in all aspects of management.
