Job summary

Bay Area Community Services (BACS) is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to serve as Clinical Program Manager for the 24/7 Rosewood Crisis Residential program in Solano County. The role coordinates medical case management and care for participants after psychiatric hospitalization, delivering counseling, case management, and access to primary care.

The manager supervises a diverse team, oversees administrative, fiscal, and quality improvement

Qualifications

• LCSW/LMFT licensure with applicable board registration.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience in behavioral health.
• Proven leadership and supervision of a diverse team.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and interns.
• Knowledge of county health funding, CalAIM, and Medi-Cal billing requirements.
• Experience managing government contract funded mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a crisis residential program delivering therapy, case management, and medication management.
• Meet clients with needs-driven, strength-based, culturally relevant services.
• Manage referrals, intakes, and discharges ensuring accessibility and welcoming service.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide supervision to interns collecting clinical hours.
• Lead CQI efforts and implement system improvements.
