Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent competency.
• Current certification as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist per ODMHSAS standards.
• Knowledge of recovery principles and co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to collaborate within an integrated care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support services in home and community settings to promote crisis stabilization.
• Monitor consumer needs and coordinate care with internal and external providers.
• Complete agency documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Attend huddles, care and discharge planning, and staff meetings.
• Travel as required and maintain productivity and professionalism.
