Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative functions, including scheduling, data entry, records management, and internal communications.
• Supervises part time staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensures program practices meet regulatory, accreditation, and funding requirements and conducts audits.
• Tracks program metrics, productivity, and key performance indicators; assists in budget tracking and resource coordination.
• Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and maintains records of key decisions and action items.
