Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, counseling, education or related field with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of crisis intervention program models.
• Proficient communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily program operations and ensure a safe, healthy, secure environment.
• Ensure service implementation aligns with applicable standards and participant needs.
• Review referrals, evaluate data, assess admission criteria, and manage intake for prospective admissions.
• Supervise Crisis Intervention Program team members and provide training when needed.
