Job summary

Rudolph Community & Care is seeking a Crisis Program Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of one Crisis Home, providing leadership to Crisis Interventionists and ensuring safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered services in a fast-paced setting.

This hands-on role coaches staff, manages staffing, timecards, and documentation, ensures 245D licensing compliance, and collaborates with guardians, case managers, and healthcare partners to support individuals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in crisis or similar setting.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
• Knowledge of 245D licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crisis Interventionists and support team.
• Lead during behavioral crises with trauma-informed approaches.
