Job summary

Ada S McKinley is seeking a Crisis Continuum of Care Program Coordinator to oversee real-time performance outcomes and ensure service alignment with agency standards in Chicago, IL. You'll supervise Mobile Response Stabilization, Case Managers, and clinicians while collaborating with BHCS leadership.

The role requires a master's in a relevant field, QMHP eligibility, a valid license, and background clearances. Full-time with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• QMHP designation or higher in Illinois.
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance; use of personal auto as required.
• Must clear state background checks including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services adhere to informed consent, client rights, confidentiality, and funder/regs requirements.
• Provide and document administrative supervision of staff.
• Maintain crisis worker expectations and enforce responsibilities.
• Identify staff training needs and recommend learning opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with Rule 132/140 with QA and Clinical Supervisor.
• Ensure crisis notes are completed and entered into Evolv.
• Maintain IM-CAT for every call in CRS system.
• Review referral reports and required documents for each call.
• Forward referral reports for payroll processing when applicable.
• Participate in program management meetings.
• Act as 1st response to DCFS, SASS, CARES, and hospital concerns during day shift.
• Provide training for new staff.
• Maintain knowledge of internal/external practices and policies.
• Assist with developing new program procedures.
